Yes. We offer a Lifetime Warranty for non-illuminated acrylic products used in standard interior environments. For illuminated LED products (Power Supplies & LEDs), we provide a comprehensive 5-Year Warranty. If it fails due to manufacturing defects, we replace it for free.

We have exported globally for over 15 years. All signs are packed in custom-fit wood crates or reinforced honeycomb boxes with high-density foam protection. We guarantee safe arrival—if any damage occurs during transit, we will manufacture a replacement immediately.

Yes, but you must specify this when ordering. Our standard neon is IP20 (Indoor), but we offer IP67 Waterproof Silicone Neon for outdoor use. These are fully sealed against rain and UV exposure.

Front-lit Letters emit light from the face of the letter, providing maximum brightness and legibility. Back-lit (Halo) Letters have an opaque face (usually metal) and emit light from the back, creating a sophisticated “halo” glow on the wall behind the sign. We also offer “Front & Back-lit” for a dual effect.

Our Marquee Letters come pre-wired. They typically use low-voltage LED bulbs that screw into the face. You simply need to connect the main power lead to the provided transformer. They are designed to look vintage but use modern, energy-efficient LED technology.

Yes, all our LED signs run on low voltage (12V or 24V) for safety. A certified Power Supply (Transformer) is always included with your order, matched to the specific power consumption of your sign.

Metal Letters are cut from solid sheets of stainless steel, aluminum, or brass. They are extremely durable and heavy.

Metal-Faced Letters feature a thin layer of real metal laminate bonded to a lighter substrate like Acrylic or PVC. This creates the premium look of metal at a lower cost and lighter weight, making installation easier.

We generally recommend High-Density Foam letters for interior use only. While they are cost-effective and add great depth, they can degrade over time with harsh weather exposure. For outdoor durability, we recommend Acrylic, PVC, or Metal.

We provide a 1:1 paper mounting template with every order.

• For lightweight signs: Double-sided VHB tape or silicone adhesive is often sufficient.
• For heavier/stud-mounted signs: We include stud mounts and spacers. You simply drill holes through the template patterns and insert the studs.
