Metal Letters & Logos

The ultimate symbol of stability and prestige. Crafted from solid stainless steel, brass, or aluminum to withstand the elements and elevate your brand’s authority.

Metal Signs That Make an Impact

Metal letters and logo signs are an excellent choice for businesses seeking a timeless and premium appearance. We offer a wide selection of metal materials and finishes to suit different design styles and budget requirements. Aluminum letters provide a clean, classic brushed metal look that remains a popular option, while brass, bronze, and copper deliver a more distinctive, high-end aesthetic. All of our metal signs are built for durability, and for environments requiring maximum strength and longevity, stainless steel and anodized aluminum are ideal solutions.

Built for Long-Term Use

Our metal letters and logo signs are crafted from high-quality materials to ensure both visual appeal and long-term durability. Designed to withstand weather and environmental exposure, they are suitable for a wide range of applications and backed by long-lasting performance.

Custom & Ready-Made Styles

We provide a broad selection of metal sign options, including fully custom designs made to match your logo or font style. In addition, we offer standard metal styles such as cast bronze and cast aluminum for those seeking proven, ready-made solutions.

Illuminated Sign Options

Lighted metal letters and logo signs are ideal when enhanced visibility or added visual impact is required. Available in both front-lit and backlit configurations, these options deliver strong presence during both daytime and nighttime applications.

Explore the Available Options

Stainless Steel Letters

The most popular choice for modern, high-end architectural signage. Known for its extreme durability and sleek silver appearance.
Alloy Options: We utilize Alloy 304 for standard environments and Alloy 316 for marine/coastal areas to ensure superior corrosion resistance.
Finishes: Available in classic Brushed Silver (Satin) or highly reflective Polished Mirror. We can also apply Titanium plating for Gold or Black finishes.
Best For: Corporate HQs, building names, and exterior branding requiring a modern aesthetic.

Aluminum Letters

Lightweight, durable, and cost-effective. Aluminum is the industry workhorse, offering great depth without the heavy weight of steel.
Versatility: Aluminum is the best metal for painting. We can powder coat it to match any Pantone (PMS) color or give it a brushed anodized finish.
Installation: Because it is lighter than steel, it is easier to install on drywall or weaker facades.
Best For: Retail storefronts, large-scale building letters, and colorful brand logos.

Brass Letters

The timeless choice for high-end professional environments. Brass offers a natural, bright yellow-gold color that exudes elegance and success.
The Look: Distinctively Yellow Gold. Unlike painted gold, solid brass has a deep, metallic luster that cannot be faked.
Finishes: Most popular in Satin (Brushed) for a soft glow, or Polished for a jewelry-like shine. We can also apply a clear coat to prevent tarnish, or leave it raw to age naturally.

Bronze Letters

Rich, traditional, and architectural. Bronze is slightly redder than brass and is the preferred material for memorials and historical signage.
The Look: A sophisticated Reddish-Gold or Deep Brown. It conveys a sense of permanence and history that no other metal can match.
Finishes: Famous for its ability to take a Patina. We offer “Oxidized Oil Rubbed” finishes that give the letters a dark, antique brown look with highlighted copper edges.
Best For: University campuses, museums, memorial plaques, and banks.

Copper Letters

The choice for modern luxury. Copper offers a distinct pinkish-orange hue, often referred to as “Rose Gold,” which has become increasingly popular in contemporary branding.
The Look: A warm, vibrant Salmon Pink / Rose Gold. It is much warmer and more “chic” than the yellow tone of brass.
Finishes: Available in Brushed (Satin) for a glowing pink effect, or Polished for a brilliant Rose Gold mirror finish.
Best For: Upscale salons, boutiques, interior designers, and trendy cafes seeking a “Rose Gold” aesthetic.

Lighted Metal Letters

Get the best of both worlds: the premium architectural look of solid metal by day, and a sophisticated glow by night.
Halo Lit (Backlit): Our most popular option for metal. The letters are raised off the wall, and LEDs create a soft “halo” of light behind them. This preserves the solid metal face while ensuring readability at night.
Front Lit: We cut the face from translucent acrylic and use metal for the returns (sides). This allows the face to shine brightly while keeping the durable metal structure.
Customization: Available in all the metal finishes listed above (Brushed Stainless, Gold Titanium, Painted Aluminum) combined with 3000K-6500K or RGB LEDs.

Metal-Faced Laminates: The “Look” for Less

We take sheets of the exact same premium metals listed above (Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass, Copper) and permanently bond them to a lighter, more affordable substrate.

The Face (Real Metal)

A .025″ to .063″ layer of genuine solid metal. This is not metallic paint. From the front, it has the authentic cold touch and grain of real metal.

The Core (Substrate)

Choose your backing based on depth and budget:

  • Acrylic Core: Laser-polished edges for a sleek, high-end side profile.
  • High-Density Foam: The most affordable way to achieve massive 3D depth (up to 3 inches thick).
  • PVC Core: A durable middle-ground for outdoor durability.

The Advantage

You get the prestigious appearance of a solid 10mm Brass letter, but at 50% of the cost and 20% of the weight, making installation safer and easier.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not if you choose the right grade. For standard outdoor environments, our 304 Stainless Steel is excellent. If you are within 50km of the ocean, we highly recommend upgrading to 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel or Titanium-Plated finishes, which are virtually impervious to salt corrosion.

Brushed (Satin) has fine lines running through the metal, giving it a soft, matte glow that hides fingerprints well. Polished (Mirror) is buffed to a highly reflective, chrome-like shine that acts like a mirror.

We generally recommend Metal-Faced letters for interior use only. While the metal face is durable, the foam or acrylic core and the adhesive bond can degrade over time with constant exposure to extreme heat, freeze-thaw cycles, and rain.

They can be heavy. A large 24-inch solid steel letter (6mm thick) can weigh several kilograms. That’s why we provide Stud Mounts (threaded rods) that go into the wall for a secure mechanical anchor, rather than just using tape.

It is a process called PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) where a thin, ultra-hard layer of titanium is bonded to stainless steel. It allows us to create colors like Gold, Rose Gold, Bronze, and Black that are far more durable than paint and won’t tarnish like real brass or copper.

Yes. We laser cut or water-jet cut metal, so we can reproduce almost any font or custom vector logo shape with extreme precision.

Use a dedicated Stainless Steel Cleaner or mild soapy water with a soft cloth. Wipe with the grain (if brushed). Never use steel wool or chlorine bleach, as these can damage the protective layer and cause rust spots

Metal fabrication takes longer than acrylic. Flat cut letters usually take 5-7 business days. Fabricated (welded) 3D letters require hand-crafting and typically take 10-12 business days.
